Application of INTEL QM67 platform products in emergency disaster system
1. System overview
Serious and frequent natural disasters pose a serious threat to economic construction, social development, especially the safety of life and property of the general public. In China, 400 million people are affected by various disasters every year, and the average economic loss is over 200 billion yuan.
In view of the experience and lessons of many disasters, EVOC and relevant national units jointly develop a system that can meet the needs of disaster relief on-site monitoring and remote command and dispatch. EVOC provides an integrated hardware implementation solution to help us achieve a faster and more reasonable post-disaster disaster relief.
2. System description
The system integrates the four functions of real-time monitoring of disaster situation, dynamic release, unified command, and coordinated rescue. During disaster relief, the disaster relief command center monitors the disaster situation on site in real time, issues disaster reports to rescuers in a timely and accurate manner, and comprehensively analyzes the intensity and severity of the disaster. In view of the damage, make reasonable disaster relief decisions, and reasonably allocate on-site rescue personnel and uniformly dispatch rescue materials. As the core terminal server part of the whole system, EVOC’s products play a vital role; the terminal provides functions such as data acquisition, satellite reception, and data Display.
The application diagram of the system in fire rescue is shown in the figure below. The hand-held device 1 and the device 2 send the disaster situation to the rear monitoring and control center through satellite communication or radio, and also exchange data between the EVOC terminal and the terminal. Finally, the rear monitoring and control center will make a unified disaster relief plan and coordinate various disaster relief resources.
3. Terminal equipment requirements for disaster systems
The terminal system equipment requirements as a disaster site are as follows
Ø The main board in the terminal equipment must be able to process data with high performance and be able to process a large amount of actual disaster data.
Ø Sufficient expansion function, can connect satellite receiver signal, digital radio signal, etc.
Ø The reliability and stability of the terminal system should be strong, and the MTBP should be more than 50,000 hours.
Ø It has a certain processing capacity and can meet the needs of fanless design.

4. System block diagram
u The power supply part provides the normal working power supply for the terminal. +5VDC, -5VDC, -12VDC, +12VDC available
u Data acquisition, according to the functional requirements of the terminal, the selection of sensors mainly includes infrared sensors and wind speed sensors for monitoring fire; the data is preliminarily sorted, which is convenient for the system to identify the sensors and classify the input signals.
u Radio can realize data transmission between terminal and terminal, terminal and rear measurement and control center. Connect with the system board through the RS232 interface.
u Display and input, the display provides end-users with a user-friendly interface and usage guidance, and provides the display of environmental parameters and the image display of warning levels. The input device provides a simple keyboard function to facilitate the user to operate the terminal system.
u High-speed wireless network, satellite signal reception and network, these devices are mainly to achieve the same function as the radio, but in the actual environment to choose according to the way the environment allows.
